Terms of Service
General
The online store at kruunu.co (hereinafter "the Store") is operated by Kruunu-Pukine Oy.

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in the Store.
Product and Pricing Information
All prices in the Store are displayed in euros and are listed on each product page. Shipping costs are added at checkout and displayed before payment.
Placing an Order
To place an order:
- Add products to your cart
- Fill in the required details
- Select a delivery method
Payment is processed securely via the following methods:
- Visa / Mastercard
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Klarna (via Shopify Payments)
- PayPal
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal. KRUUNU does not have access to your banking or card details.
The purchase agreement becomes binding once payment has been received by KRUUNU.
Delivery
KRUUNU ships to the following countries:
- Finland
- European Union
- Rest of the World
Available carriers: Smartpost, DPD, DHL.
Domestic orders are generally delivered within 1–2 business days. International orders within 4–14 calendar days.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. logistical disruptions, public holidays), delivery may take up to 45 calendar days. The customer will be notified without delay.
If delivery is not possible, the full amount paid (including shipping) will be refunded within 14 days.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
⚠️ Important exception — underwear
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Therefore, underwear cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the product has been tried on or used.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
Goodwill Solution — Size Exchange
If a new customer’s first order does not fit due to sizing, KRUUNU will voluntarily offer the following solution once per new customer, as a gesture of goodwill:
- KRUUNU will send the correct size free of charge.
- The incorrectly sized product does not need to be returned — we kindly ask you to pass it on or gift it to someone.
If a delivered product is defective, KRUUNU will replace it at no cost to the customer.
This section describes a voluntary customer-friendly service and does not make underwear returnable under law.

Warranty and Complaints
KRUUNU is liable for defects that appear within 2 years of delivery. During the first 6 months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
If a defect is discovered, please contact us within 2 months of noticing it. KRUUNU will respond to complaints within 15 days.
Personal Data
Personal data is used solely for:
- processing orders
- arranging delivery
Marketing emails are only sent with the customer’s consent and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
Dispute Resolution
Please send any complaints to hello@kruunu-pukine.fi.
If a resolution cannot be reached, customers have the right to contact:
- The Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta)
- The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
These terms do not limit any statutory rights of the consumer.
