• Finland
• European Union
• Rest of the World

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are covered by the customer. The shipping fee depends on the selected carrier and destination country, and is displayed in the cart before payment.

Delivery Times

Finland

Orders within Finland are generally delivered within 1–2 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day often arrive the following business day.

European Union

Orders shipped within the EU are generally delivered within 3–7 business days.

Rest of the World

International orders outside the EU are generally delivered within 7–21 calendar days, depending on the destination.

Exceptional Delivery Situations

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. high order volumes, logistical disruptions, public holidays or carrier delays), delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

In such cases, KRUUNU will notify the customer as soon as possible and offer a suitable solution.

Undelivered or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact KRUUNU. We will investigate the status of your shipment in cooperation with the carrier.

If the parcel is confirmed lost or delivery is not possible, KRUUNU will offer:

• a replacement product, or
• a full refund of the amount paid.

Liability & Contact

KRUUNU is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control, but will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.
