Returns

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned if:

• the packaging has been opened; or
• the product has been tried on or used.

This is in accordance with consumer protection legislation and applies on grounds of health protection and hygiene.

Size Exchange (Goodwill Solution)

If a new customer's first order does not fit due to sizing, KRUUNU will voluntarily offer the following solution once per new customer, as a gesture of goodwill:

• we will send the correct size free of charge;
• the incorrectly sized product does not need to be returned — we kindly ask you to pass it on or gift it to someone.

This is a customer-friendly service offered by KRUUNU and does not constitute a statutory right.

Defective or Incorrect Product

If the delivered product is:

• defective, or
• does not match your order,

please notify us as soon as possible. KRUUNU will replace the product at no cost to you.

Refunds

A refund will only be issued if:

• the delivered product is defective or incorrect, and
• a replacement is not possible.
